Rincker Simmentals is a family beef cattle operation at Shelbyville, Illinois focusing on Simmental and Sim-Angus genetics. This operation was the recipient of the Illinois Beef Association’s Seedstock Breeder of the Year Award in 2008 and the Beef Farm Family of the Year in 2014. Rincker Simmentals is comprised of Curt and Pam Rincker and daughter Cari of Champaign, IL and son Brent of Shelbyville.

Rincker Simmentals have been in the beef cattle seedstock business since 1977. The Rincker Simmental herd utilizes an A.I. and E.T. program producing seedstock for both purebred and commercial herds. A major emphasis is placed on female offspring that can compete nationally with bulls made available and merchandised in numerous Midwestern states to commercial and seedstock herds.
